The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons non-compliance with Law No. 4 of 9 January 2004:
- C.9.1.1.1 Some non-text content presented to the user does not have an equivalent textual alternative that serves the same purpose;
- C.9.1.3.1 In some cases, information, structure or correlations conveyed by the presentation of pages cannot be determined programmatically (or are not available by text);
- C.9.1.4.1 – In some cases, color alone was used to indicate a purpose or to distinguish information or functions;
- C.9.1.4.3 - The visual representation of text and images containing text does not always have the required minimum contrast ratio, with the exceptions provided for in the regulations (e.g. logos);
- C.9.1.4.4 - Certain texts, with the exception of subtitles and images containing text, cannot be resized up to 200 per cent without using assistive technologies and without losing content and functionality;
- C.9.1.4.5 - In some cases, text images have been used instead of plain text, and they are neither customizable nor essential to the type of information being conveyed;
- C.9.1.4.10 - Content that does not require a two-dimensional presentation (such as data tables or maps) does not reflow when the user agent's display size changes;
- C.9.1.4.11 - For some essential components, even in their different states, the color contrast with adjacent elements does not exceed a 3:1 ratio;
- C.9.1.4.12 - When modifying text spacing—such as line height, paragraph spacing, or letter and word spacing—some loss of information or content occurs;
- C.9.2.1.1 - Some functions cannot be used via the keyboard (or interface with similar input);
- C.9.2.2.2 - Certain animations, flashing, scrolling or auto-updating of information initiated automatically, lasting longer than five seconds or presented in parallel with other content, there are no mechanisms to interrupt or hide them;
- C.9.2.4.3 - On some web pages that are navigated sequentially, where the navigation order affects meaning and functionality, certain focusable elements do not receive focus in an order that preserves their meaning and operability;
- C.9.2.4.4 - The purpose of some links cannot be determined by the link text or by the link text together with adjacent content;
- C.9.2.4.6 - Headings and/or labels do not clearly convey the purpose of the content or functionality;
- C.9.2.4.7 - On some interactive elements, the focus indicator is not visible;
- C.9.2.5.3 - For some user interface components with labels that include text or images of text, the name read by assistive technologies does not contain the text that is presented visually;
- C.9.3.2.4 - Some components with the same functionality within a set of web pages are not identified consistently;
- C.9.3.3.2 - In some cases, labels or instructions are not provided when content requires user input;
- C.9.4.1.2 - In some cases, the user interface components (including: form elements, links and script-generated components...), name, role, states, properties and values are incorrect or set, or the user and his or her assistive technologies are not notified when these change;
- C.9.4.1.3 - In some cases, status messages are not presented to the user in a way that allows assistive technologies to interpret them without moving focus;
