• RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Returns are only accepted on damaged product and the product should be returned without being used. To return your Oroblu product please send your package to:

In the package please include a note specifying your name, account number, shipping address (including zip code), and reason for return. Please allow 6-8 weeks to process your request. You will receive a replacement (if available), a refund or a coupon if applies.
• CANCELING ORDERS
If you find any error in your order confirmation email or need to cancel the order, follow the link provided in the email to re-access your ORDER HISTORY. You will be able to cancel the order by clicking the "CANCEL" button at the bottom of the page. You must cancel your order within the next 12 next hours from the receipt of your e-mail confirmation. Cancelations after that period are not accepted and the "cancel" button will be unavailable.
• BILLING / SHIPPING
1. Did you receive my payment?
You may check it by clicking MY ACCOUNT, sign in and then selecting ORDER STATUS. Payments are processed as they are received, but it can take a week to be posted on our site. If those days have been exceded, please contact us by e-mail on E MAIL US.
2. How do I change my Address?
Customers can change their address by going to MY ACCOUNT, sign in and then selecting CHANGE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION. This way you will be able to update your personal information.
Changes will be processed immediately but you won’t see them until the next available business day. If not, please contact us by e-mail on E MAIL US.
3. Can you ship Oroblu Products to a P.O Box ?
Yes we can. There is no trouble to ship it to a P.O. Box.
4. Delivery Times?
We ship all orders via USPS. We make every effort to ship within 5 business days (excluding holidays). Shipping and handling is $5.00us flat, or free over $100usd of product. No international orders are accepted at this time.
• PRODUCT INFORMATION
1. How do I get the right fit?
We make it easy for you to shop with us in Oroblue with detailed information to help you determine the best fit. Check the size chart on each product. Our hosiery is available in a wide range of sizes from Small to Maxi. Our Seamless brand comes in S/M/L.
2. Pantyhose Care
You may gently hand wash your pantyhose using a mild detergent with non-chlorine bleach, or if you prefer the washing machine, place your pantyhose in a hosiery bag or pillowcase and wash on the gentle cycle with a mild detergent. To dry, place one or two pairs on a towel, roll up and squeeze the towel gently. Hanging your hose up to dry can cause stretching. You should never dry your pantyhose in the dryer machine.
3. Putting On Pantyhose
To prolong the life of your pantyhose it’s really important to put them on correctly. First of all remove all jewelry, and check fingernails and toenails for rough edges. Roll each leg of the pantyhose down and place the toe over your foot. Gently smooth one leg all the way up until the knee, and then repeat on the other leg. Pull the rest of the pantyhose up to the waist. Remind to remove them just as carefully to extend the life of your hosiery.
4. Tights Preferences Sheer or Opaque
Sheers allow the most natural skin tone to show through while Opaque's are heavier and more durable and warmer.

*Greater Denier provides opacity, confort and perfect fit.
